Using the keyword tool here, I've been looking at different rankings of keywords, and now I've looked at quite a few and have been blocked from google.

The WA Keyword Tool has a "cool-down" You can't spam or over use it unfortunately. Just sit in time out for awhile and it will work again soon. (I can't remember the exact cooldown rate)
This has nothing to do with Google, or them changing anything.
Other members, have had this issue in the past. It's just how the WA Keyword Tool works.
Ok thanks. I may have been spamming it a little more than before, but it does seem to be a little bit more strict than before. I'll try keep calm :D

This has started happening to me, but it's just been recently. I'm not sure my use of keyword tool has increased.
Hey Phil, it does seem like it has changed a little. I have been using it a bit more and faster, don't know if the speed has something to do with it, but I'm sure there must be something a little different. At least it's probably not something on my laptop then
