I am the Black Sheep!

Well here we are to say what is on my mind and also can see how we all are treated at work.

I have been told at work to think outside the 'box', but when I do they don't like it, and been told officially now that I think differently and so been reprimanded. F*** them I don't care anymore as I see the bigger picture now thanks to WA and beeing deprogrammed so not to fall in line with the other sheep/wolves and shepherds at work.

Still working full time there as on my 7th year but only doing what I have to do for them now and slowed down a lot and my team leader is still happy with me it’s just the senior management and HR (Human Remains) we have nicknamed then now. No offence to anyone here who works in HR I am sure that they are only told by the management on what to do and say anyway.

I don't mind now being known at work as the black sheep as I now don't mind. You have to think differently to break from the norm and the crowed sometimes and here is my chance!!

I am a WA member and as such have a knew circle of likeminded members to bounce ideas off and to help each other to achieve the possible and impossible takes just a little longer as we are only bound by our mind set.

I feel blessed and at the same time frustrated that it’s taken this time to open my eyes to feel the sun and achieve my best for the future day's/years ahead of me now. It takes me a little longer than others as I am dyslexic and tale about 3x longer to learn stuff but I will and take one step everyday to be up there as my own boss.

On that thought I am on Level 3 Lesson 5 and keeping to my original niche even though I would like to do others I WILL FINISH this training by Xmas this year and then start earning some money next year, so bring on 2020 I am going to eat you up and fly!!
