Why most of classic regular retail companies with multi millions figures business fail now

Hi, it is Vitaliy here,

The world as we know it, is changing dramatically.

I think if you choose the way to being an entrepreneur you have to make a decision
in your head that you are going to be alone much of the time..and you have to be okay with it.
You need to understand that there is no “magic button” here and it is hard work.
You also have to be intentional about everything you do and everything you say you are going to do.
The main thing to get results: you have to be disciplined and you have to sacrifice
many things that are painful to sacrifice; and I don't mean spending all time online
missing the real life...but it goes deeper than that, you have to really sacrifice
a lot of shit and somehow be okay knowing that one day it will eventually pay off.
You also can't be afraid to go your way farther than any normal person agreed
and accept that people will think you're an absolute idiot.
Possibly you to follow own vision and dream will mean be the only light on
in the building at 3 am or at 4 am if it means getting your work done.
Or even do not sleep at all.
And yes, it is not easy. And if somebody tell you he/she find the other easy way
with “done-for-you” and “ready to go system” – just don’t believe it.
As you will not earn for you in such case only for the others, but not for you…
There's ups and there's downs and then when it's shit you have to pull yourself up
(even if you're the one that f*cked up).
And if you can take all of this and be okay with it all happening every single day
of the rest of your life you just might make it.

As we see now a lot of regular retail companies with 'brick and mortar' businesses
are running into REAL financial trouble due to the fierce competition
from other online companies who conduct all their business 100% online...
