My Short Lived Joy. What happened there?
Recently, I was surprised and happy that someone joined WA through me on 3/7 but today, I saw that the commission of $22.50 that I was supposed to receive has been refunded to WA.
Assuming that this person wanted to cancel his membership, can he still get a refund for what he paid?
I thought that once someone has paid to join WA as a premium member, he can't have a refund but he can just cancel his membership?
Can someone please clarify what is happening.

A reply from Kyle.
"They got a refund for one reason or another. This could have been a chargeback they did with their bank.
We don't normally offer refunds, but they do happen in rare circumstances.
And do know that if this person comes back at any point in the future, you will get full credit for them."
Ok, at least there's closure for this. I hope he'll return to WA one day. Thanks all for reading and replying. Moving forward now and back to work.
Yeah, things like that happen,
If it makes you feel any better, I was recently refunded for a barbeque grill on Amazon, ouch!!
You mean someone bought a barbecue grill on Amazon, changed his mind and your commission was returned?
Perhaps they cancelled their membership but was hit with the payment anyway and was granted the refund or disputed it with their bank
I was just thinking there could have been an issue where the member cancelled and was mistakenly charged for the next month after cancellation
I noticed that he doesn't have a 'Private Message' button on his profile. If someone cancels his membership, is his privilege to PM revoked?
You need to be a premium member in order to be able to private message. So it looks like he must not be premium.

That really sucked. I hope this doesn't happen to you again.
