A new day - A new post
Hi Everyone!
I would love to have your thoughts on the new post on the site.
I don't know how can i fix the URL, Since i saved it as draft, I deleted one of them, now the URL listed with ( -2) at the end. I tried to change but can not. Anyone could help to solve this issue?
Your thoughts on site will be great as i will know how is everything and also my English in the post. Could i have to change anything? Kindly Advise.

Hey mate, that is great.Take on board what others have said, there is good advice there. Personally. I'd have made a couple of articles out of all that good information. That said that is just my way of doing things. Man, you must of been working hard. Well done

Thank you so much, I am so exhausted, no sleep, sleep less day by day, day job, side job, No time for me, In the first 6 months my target is to get my site in the top ten for multiple keywords and at least page rank 1 on google.That's why i work so hard in order to see my goals are achieved.

Hi Vo.....I perused your site. My suggestions....
You have a lot of text and some pics (maybe could add 1-2 more?)
Since there is so much text, do you think you could put in a bullet list in order to pare some of the wording down a bit?
I noticed your sentences seemed to run into each other. By this I mean, you could break it up by making sure when you end a sentence, put 2 blank spaces before the beginning of the 1st word of the next sentence. Like this.Not like this/
I cannot tell at all from this writing that you are non-English speaking primarily. It's very well written and organized. Almost like it came from a medical source.....? I don't mean one written for medical personnel, but just detailed for the lay public. Be careful you dont' 'duplicate' work because I've heard Google doesn't like that.
So basically I'm saying break up the text by adding spaces at the ends of your sentences, make some bulletted lists, add a pic or two. If I had gout, I would really appreciate reading this article.

Jen is right about the title. You don't need it twice. I see a few minor grammar issues but nothing that can't be understood. See the words in bold.

Each and every day, try to consume a lot of fruits and vegetables AND BROWN RICE as opposed to consuming white or refined flour, which turns into sugar once they are ingested, because it can worsen the pain.
I like the site though and it generally reads very well.

Vodtung, hi. I see a double on your title 'What Fruits and Vegetables are good for gout?' Just one title one the top will do. You may need to delete the same title below it, plus that dividing line ']'. You can leave 'A healthy diet is important, if you want to, as a sub-title. Your page will look neater, then.

Remove the post in the TRASH that has the original url, that should then allow you to change the url and remove the 2.
