Should You Make Pinterest AI Pins Or Not?

AI images in my experience can potentially help you crank out more pins in faster time. Not only that but AI can often deliver stunning imagery you wouldn't be able to find in the real world and in many cases, I've gotten amazing results in Pinterest with the AI images I made (In ChatGPT or Koala).
However as I have continued to evolve and expand my knowledge on Pinterest I began to follow the trend of what Pinterest ranks and in what niche and I have noticed the following:
- Certain niches are loaded with AI pins (cooking, home improvement, fashion, nails, etc...)
- Niches such as travel, nature and so forth mainly still have real images ranking on most Pinterest search results
By following this trend I came to the conclusion that it's better (if possible) to make real images if you can for pins but at the same time if you can craft AI images that are hard to figure out are real or not, then make those too. For me personally, being in the travel/nature niche/topic, I decided to stick to mainly making real images and some AI ones on certain topics that warrant it.
At the end of the day, authenticity is key in my opinion and this is why I'm sticking to this approach but I'd love to hear your thoughts on that too!
