Yes, that’s right. Sometimes Facebook suggests specific time slots when my audience is most active, and I reschedule my content accordingly.
Should we rely on these suggestions from Facebook?
I'd say try it out and see if the results peak up. For me it always told me 7pm was peak time for my posting, so at least one of my posts is scheduled daily for that time. The rest are in the morning, afternoon, and after 10 pm.
I did the same. I post something at the suggested time, and the rest of the posts are spread throughout the day. For me, it’s between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
