Pinterest loves accounts who publish pins DAILY and in terms of frequency, you should be publishing the same amount or similar amount every single day. Now I get that most people who are new to Pinterest and watch this video might not be in that position.
I publish 25+ pins daily and that might be difficult for most of you, it's OK. But if you have made a batch of pins, say 20, it's better to publish them 2x a day for the next 10 days (making 20 pins total) than blasting them all out in one day. That way you have publishing consistency going on and slowly working your way up the Pinterest SEO ladder.
