For me it started showing right away. It could be because your channel is still new or perhaps the content/niche ideas aren't general enough. If that doesn't work out, you can always do this: Can't Use The YouTube Inspiration AI? Here's Your Plan B (It's Just As Good)

My old YouTube channel was actually doing really well, but after becoming a full-time stay-at-home mom, I struggled to find the time to consistently create and upload new videos. Eventually, I made the tough decision to sell the channel.
But lately, I’ve been feeling that itch to start a new one—and learning about this Inspiration feature in YouTube Studio is honestly a game-changer.

Thank you for the heads up, this really looks like a great and useful tool. However, it doesn't appear to be available for any of my channels. Perhaps it's based on subscriber amount, or maybe it's just being rolled out gradually. I'm based in the UK, hopefully the feature will be available soon.
I just asked ChatGPT and apparently it's not available in the UK, EU and Switzerland. However, I can see you have created another video on the subject, Vitaliy, I will go and have a look, as I really like the sound of this feature.
