How Much Facebook Content Should You Post to Avoid Spam?

In the beginning of your Facebook page journey I recommend you post about 1-2 reels videos in a post daily. This will help lead to growth in my experience, but on the other end of things, how much is too much? In my experience anything over 4 a day is too much as I've personally seen a drop in reach/views/results when I did that.
I wish it were possible to post dozens of videos daily and just monetize them for a living, but in my experience this is not how it works. More does not = better.
Typically 4 pieces of content (reels videos in a post) spread out every few hours daily is a good way to continually get reach and results in Facebook. Let me know if you have any questions!
