In the best of cases, hours. In most cases, weeks to months is what I've seen be the case here. My advice for anyone wanting to get faster results in Pinterest is to NOT focus on the speed of results, but working on the fundamentals that GET RESULTS. These include:

1. Properly selecting a niche in Pinterest
2. Finding keywords in that niche with search intent
3. Making a blog post targeting that keyword/s.
4. Making boards and pins that align with the keyword target too
5. Scaling and consistently making/publishing pins daily

This is what gets results in the LONG run in most cases in Pinterest (speaking from experience).
