Google Ads PPC Tips: How to Not Overspend on Your CPC!
When you make ads on Google Ads, you will have to pay an X amount for each keyword you wish your ad to appear for. Often times Google will suggest you bid a certain amount to show up on the 1st page for the keyword results so you can potentially get more clicks.
In my experience this is often WAY MORE than what you need to pay. In this short case study I am spending $0.10 or under for most of the keywords it's asking me to pay well over $1 per click for and this is in a competitive niche too!
There are 2 keys to this:
- Use manual CPC (guide)
- Bid way less to start when you create the ad, see if it gets clicks and if it does, leave it be or lower if if the costs are even less
