Here is a comprehensive tutorial on what I do to get more outbound clicks from Pinterest to my website:
- Log into your Pinterest account
- Go to Analytics overview
- Scroll down to the bottom where it shows you the top board (sort by outbound clicks)
- Pick a board, and find pins in that board which get the highest outbound clicks (30 days)
- Make more pinterest pins on that same style (but unique) and upload more of those to the same board
- Rinse and repeat
By following this strategy you are basically following the boards/pins with the best performance (in outbound clicks) and making more of those, increasing the odds you can scale this further to get more traffic from Pinterest in the long run!
