My Healthy Connection
Hey guys, been a while since I've posted in WA. Been really busy creating a new niche I decided to go with in the health industry.
When I first started with WA, I found it really hard to decide on what niche to go with, as I had a few interests I could pursue, but then the dreaded thought of becoming an overnight novelist/blogger left me in a frozen state of mind, which I'm sure most of you can relate.
When I finally decided to pursue a long-term interest in the health industry, and then after watching Kyle's training videos, I found coming up with a name for my niche and searching for relevant keywords to go with my new website quite easy. But when I got to writing my very first page, everything come to a grinding halt... brain fog!
So how did I get past this?... I found when I walked away from my computer and gave my head a rest, ideas started coming to light. Hint: having a shower with lots of steam seems to clear the brain fog and ideas were more forthcoming lol.
Once I started writing, everything else seemed to flow and before I knew it had paragraphs, images, menus, and pages completed. Every time I get another episode of brain fog, I just walked away and gave myself a break.
I found following these simple rules above gave a great platform of habits which in turn helped create another 2 niche's/websites minus the hesitation and brain fog.

Yes it's often best to give your brain a break so it can refocus. I've been doing so much better than when I first started. The more you give yourself brief breaks the more organic your content will be instead of forced. :)
Great advice Wayne! Rolling back in the office chair, and stepping away from the computer!
