My website domain with com is taken. However, ORG and NET are available. Should I go with one of those or should I come up with new name all together?

It's really up to you.

I've done a lot of reading on this subject, and this is my find:

.com is definitely the best overall.

.net is generally used for things like hosting services, forums, etc. however, even for those things it's best to have a .com.

.org websites are generally non-profit organizations. Definitely not always the case, but if your website is for-profit I personally wouldn't choose a .org, that's for sure.

Another thing I've read is that if you're going to be promoting your website via word of mouth, you pretty much need to have a .com domain name. The reason for this is that when someone goes to type in a url, most people just assume there's a .com at the end. If you have a .net or .org website, you will lose all your word of mouth traffic to the .com site, which is likely your competitor.

Hope this helps!

I would try to stick with a .com domain because it is the most professional one. I would try to come up with another domain name if possible so you can get a .com extension. However, if you have to choose one of the three, I would go with the .net as my second choice. But, .com extensions are the most professional.

Trying to set up website can not locate the themes. Please help. Thank

If you are referring to the SiteRubix on your left:
Themes are part of Step 3. Scroll down a bit and there they are!
At least I hope this is what you meant.
Or are you on your WordPress Dashboard?

Got it thanks Brendie!

You are welcome!

They should be under "Appearance" and then click themes.
This might help:

When you are logged in as admin in wordpress on your left is the menu. Got to appearance and then you should see themes.
