Vacation Reflection

This week my husband and I just spent several days in Gatlinburg, TN. The weather was really beautiful and the snow in the Smoky Mountains was absolutely gorgeous. The peacefulness of going there out of season was terrific. We were able to spend some much needed time away from our ordinary stresses of life.

While we were gone I had a lot of time to think about internet marketing and how the windows of freedom are opened by having a business that is so portable that I can take it anywhere or leave it behind if I so choose.

In all of God's splendor of the Smoky's I thought how simple the life was for those settlers in the late 1700's as they settled the region and co-existing with the Cherokee Indians. Then I thought of how over complicated our lives have become. Especially when it comes to traditional jobs. I saw people that were so beat-down looking and tired. My first thought was something was wearing them down. Could it have been their traditional jobs?

Affiliate Marketing can bring such wonderful opportunities for us to simplify our lives. We are able to get out of the 40+ hour work week or get out of unemployed/underemployed status. Get paid what we think we are worth not what someone else says we are.

A simpler life? I'm all for it.
