I have been here for one month now. It has been a lot of training. I feel like I' am in college again. I have a website up and running. I have changed my theme once already. Hi, It depends on the type of problem you are having. At the top of your screen is a box that says need help? Type the subject in there and it will pull a lot answers. Also you can go to the pen at the top right and ask a question there. Also there is the chat room. For technical problems you have to fill out a ticket. I hope this helps. Congrats to you on your progress! I totally understand about the theme..I'm really bad, I've changed mine like 100 times..I'm not kidding. And I'm still not satisfied. LOL I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and I want everything just perfect.
