As you well know the greatest issue is people not keeping their immune system built up to begin with because most people simply don't know how to. There's another post for you! :) You could talk about lemon water &/or cider vinegar water etc. etc. etc.

Great article, I have left you a comment. It seems to get worse every year and I feel it is due to climate changes which has altered the bugs which cause flu and colds.

From my point of view, the flu vaccines really work in preventing you from getting full blown flu, which as you have pointed out can be lethal in some cases.
