Background

Hi Guys My name is Vickson. In this article I would like to outline my journey here at WA.

I will start with how it all started.

My interest about online business started in 2014. I was living and working in a small town. But in 2014 the company I was working for closed. Being a town as small as it was, it became difficult to get a new job.

One day I was blousing through the internet on my phone when I can through a book by Napoleon Hill which was titled think and grow rich.

In one of the chapters, he talked about different online businesses which one can do including affiliate marketing and online store.

I was interested in the affiliate marketing that i researched this area, I can say deeply according to that time. But i always hit a blank wall.

One day i cane across an article by Meir liaz about starting a niche affiliate website. But it was full of affiliate links for the tools to use with was not accessible to me.

I continued searching for the ways to have presence online. I read different articles but nothing helped. I could not connect the dots.

one day i can across a review of a program buy one so called sistan. It glittered gold but at the end the writer recommended WA. I joined the wealth affiliate in 2016 but could not afford to pay the monthly subscription.

I remained a free member while trying other means like joining shopify because of some you tube videos which simplified the process but was not successful. The account was closed after 14 day because of subscription demand. Currently I have another Shopify store which I put on hibernation as well.

I later started using woo commerce for free. But getting traffic to the website remained a challenge. I did not have any sales from the woocommercwe websites. I still own them since they are for free and i build them myself even though I can confess that they are not perfect.

I also tried Bit coin from which i lost a lot of money from a scammer on Facebook

Now in 2019 I decided to join wealth affiliate after seeing that there was no guidance in my journey. All the you tube video i watched were not giving complete picture of what i am supposed to do as an affiliate like 4 percent which ended up making people promote it as it affiliate and enriching the founder with commission on all the people who joined it (MLM)

Now I am happy i joined WA premium. I currently have finished level 1 of Online Entrepreneur Certification and I am happy that I surrounded by good people and I am being guided on my way to the top.

I have two websites one is free and the other on my own domain.

Before Joining premium, i did not know how to add a picture on the side of an article but from the course here i am able to do it. previously i could add a photo to a page bu only on the middle.

Also, before joining wealth affiliate I was not able to choose a niche that is the reason that all my shopify and woo commerce shops were general stores.

But here i am now able to do keywords research and be able to chose a niche.

My main challenge which i would like to overcome is driving traffic to my website which i was not able to master. And i hope that by joining WA premium i will be able to master this wonderful skill.

I am successfull by passing of the day now. Loooking forward to the day whem i myself will also be able to generate affiliate income as other are doing.
