Has anyone received an email like the one I have attached below? Your thoughts on the email it was on my webpage also. I guess I want to know if this is authentic?

You will get these comments from time to time. Just someone trying to get SEO business from you. As others have suggested just trash it and continue to concentrate on good content like you are.
That is just a spam comment. You can just delete that. You will get spam and promos all the time, this is normal with any website that allows comments.

Preferably to trashing it is SPAMMING it, so that it gives a heads up to the search engines that it is SPAM not just trash.
