Is it just me or does most take one step forward 2 back wards!
I have come a long way since the start of this journey and accomplished alot, probably accomplish a lot more if I didn't spend hours messing about with broken bits and bobs.
1) Getting alot more "organic" however the stay for precisley 0 seconds and bounce almost 100% of the time can organic be bots kind of defeats the point.
2) Tiny website font you can increase the font through various plug-ins but not comments so again defeats the point.
3) Social share plug-in like to be accurate with Facebook on how many likes comments shares etc but doesn't report back any movement in google plus which I have hundreds of plus ones etc
4) Desperately running out of time to make a sale with amazon before they close my site, then the pain begins to source new programs for the products, not the end of the world you say...... but the reason I went to amazon in the first place is they was hard to find and scattered through many programmes
5) Site Speed has gone from a very respective 400 ms to 8 seconds with out changing a thing.
6) Still seeing massively thin content in posts above me that have no comments no social signals and about 50 words, with no clue to how there doing it
I try I listen I implement but after 10 months I have to start seeing something surley??

You know, life and business are like a see-saw. Never a straight line up or down. Enjoy the up and the down; both make up the package of experience that will propel you.
When it comes to amazon, if there's anything that you need, and can buy there, use someone else's computer or phone and buy it through your website. That will at least satisfy them.
It is busines and a part from the technicall side and throwing your doors open, you now have to drag the 'right' people in through those doors.
It's usually 3 steps forward and 2 steps back......the reason is because the three steps forward are your learning steps and the two steps back are your experience steps and the one step is what you retain. 5 years is the magic number in business....there are exceptions to the rule but they are very few and far between!
I think you are describing 99% of us Steven. I know you are describing me. i keep on going I know it will work out.
I have heard you can always reapply to Amazon so don't stress about running out of time there.
I feel you...i changed my theme about a month ago. Also switched to Yoast. I had to redo a lot! But I think it's starting to pay off. Make sure you're fetching and submitting sitemaps, usig the right keywords and tags and alt text. Go back and optimise if you must. I did...a few times!
And go onto social media and friend and follow people like crazy. Especially WA people. This will help ;-)
It takes time. But you'll get there. Others will offer you advice. Try to test out what they suggest ;-)
Good luck!
for some unknown reason and this is the second time that this has happened all my internal links have unclicked the open in new tab box
