We are all taught here that Google doesn't like to be manipulated. So, this is my question.

Will Google view the give and take comment post here as "gaming them" see picture below. Furthermore, they know exactly what URL they are coming from.

The image is from one of my sites

Would love to hear your thoughts

Are you being honorable? Let it go.

You are never going to be able to control what Google sees, does or thinks about what it sees. Treat all things in an honorable way and let them do what they do because they are going to do t anyway.

I'm using the site comment give and take thread here. I guess it honourable, my point is they are manufactured comments.

and all comment url's point back here.

Well, this is an honorable and authoritative site!

Not sure you're getting what I'm saying. Regardless if a site is honourable and authoritative if 2k comments are all coming from the same URL is this classed as "gaming"

I believe I am as I have had problems with Google before. This question must be asked of Google and I also believe you will get a straighter answer from what I said then you will from them.

Keep your own counsel, be honorable and press on!

It has been a widely held assurance about Google that, since about 2002, they will not 'punish' you for something that someone else has done.

Also, you must consider that in order for this to be a 'bad' thing, Kyle, Carson, and Jay are all wrong. They have established a system of requesting comments for your website if you offer comments and/or feedback to others for theirs.

I am suggesting, Steven, that this is not a big issue.

Hard to say. Google is the master indexer and like WA sees everything written on the web in their algorithms!

Exactly! Nothing bad has come of it but I wonder if they give much juice to comments when they see there all from the same place
