Schedule Fail Failure is part of the Learning Process
2
This weeks schedule was a fail. I didn't stick to it like I wanted to. I'm not sure if it was because It's been a long time since I had a schedule or if it was because I have to re-write it 5+ times to accommodate things I wanted to do and things I was told to do. Or maybe it was because I scheduled things too close together or I'm trying to do too much in one day. Whatever the cause of my failure is I have to figure it out and learn from it.

Funny you should mention scheduling today. I have just finished creating a weekly schedule for business promotion and language study: a different type of promotional activity and a different language on each weekday, with the weekends left relatively free so I can re-schedule stuff if necessary.
Good scheduling is all about creating a regular habit, staying focused on your goals and on how the schedule gets you closer day by day...
Also, I think a clear schedule adds power to "the power of NO" - the ability to say "no" to distractions.
My schedule will also be a challenge to keep, especially from next month when college classes begin again. (I'm an English language teacher in the "offline" world.)
Good luck with next week's schedule!
