The House of Representatives Votes to end Fedrial Marijuana Prohibition 228 - 164

In case anyone is interested, on December 4th, 2020 The House of Representatives votes to end fedrial marijuana prohibition 228 - 164, that's a pretty nice margin.

The More Act, a bill that will end the fedrial prohibition of cannabis, will now make its way to the Senate where it is speculated that Mitch McConell (R-KY) the Senate Majority Leader will try to block the bill from going any further. But once it makes it past the Senate, it will then make its way to the President.

Now I don't believe the president is going to make any sudden decisions where the "More Act" is concerned. All you have to do is take a look around.

More than half of the United States has have voted to make medical marijuana legal and about 2/3 of the U.S. is Fully Legal. That alone should say something. Not to mention that more than Half of the state's in the U.S. have mad marijuana legal in one form or another

This is a historical land mark that has been over 80 years in the making. Since 1937 when marijuana first became `illegal. But did that slow anyone down from smoking weed? I don't think so.

Since the first time I smoked weed back in the mid 70s I really never had a hard time getting weed. This bill is going to change our lives.

It's going to free up a lot of congestion in the legal system. This bill will expunge any one serving a prior conviction for a cannabis related crime retroactively, forthwith if you will.

Oh and did I mention all the medical research that will be done to help thoughs people that need it medically. The FDA will now be able to make a sound judgment call now that they will have more freedom to do proper research in order to determine how much CBD will be safe dose so that consumers have some idea how much is safe to take. Anyway that is just one example that is going help us sleep at night.

Also, marijuana related businesses will be able to bank their business. They will be able to open up a business bank account.

There will be 100,000's of jobs will become available, the economy will be stimulated as a result.

So that is just a few words to fill you in on where the More Act is at this point. I'll keep you
