I have my domain said it is linked with a web site when I do the steps it wont let me please help I have go daddy thank you

Have the instructions suggested by DoubleA helped? Remember that although on most occasions the transfer is instant, sometimes it can take a quite a few hours. If all else fails, send support a message and they will surely resolve the issue.
