I lost my website! :o :o :'

So I am not sure at all what I did, I was editing my site customizing the menu and all and then it was all gone it brought me to an error page and now my domain shows that there is no site connected to it and i lost everything :'( :'( :'( I can't even think at the moment I am so heartbroken :'( Does anybody know a way to retrieve it??

it shows there was a backup from today but i dont know if it was before or after everything failed... Should I just restart the training and do everything again?
