I have applied for viglink, now I am seeing words (laptop, cell phone, keyboard, tv) linked to accounts that are not mine. What can I do?

Hey Laura,

Google searching "viglink spamming my devices - what can be done to stop this" (without the quotation marks, of course) I found the following guide they shared that may offer you a means of fixing this: https://support.viglink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012249234-What-does-the-Optimize-Links-setting-do-

If this does NOT do the trick, then run the same Google search that I did and you should find a "Remove VigLink (Removal Guide - Free Instructions - 2- Spyware" post in your search results that may offer you a means of stopping this.

Hope you find this helpful.

Thank you so much.

Why is "linked added by viglink' on words I didn't link?

I don't know exactly what I did wrong but paypal is charging $13.99 for each domain. What did I do wrong and what can I do to fix it?

Did you not want these domains? Domains come with a fee, you own them just like real estate (just in the virtual format). If you want me to look into this or you don't want these domains let me know and I can have a look.

Kyle, thank you, let me think on this situation I’ve created. I’ll get back to you on this. I don’t really like URWRght.com as a domain, so I do want 1 of the 3 of the domains for now. Be back with you and thank you.

Kyle, After thinking on this, i really only want two of the domains, but it doesn’t break the bank to keep all three. I appreciate your response.

That is a nasty mistake by confusing email addresses with domain names, you could contact Carson, and explain the situation, perhaps he can do something about it, you have 3 domain names now, you never know if he can help you, it´s worth a try

Perhaps you're confusing the domain with your email account?

You only need to register one domain name (e.g. urwrght.com) and once it's registered, you can create as many mailboxes as you like on it.

These might include info@urwrght.com, test@urwrght.com, and so on.

Unfortunately, as other replies have already said, if you've registered three different domains, that's why you've got three charges.

Thank you, that is the best explanation. I get it now. However, it is somewhat deceptive watching Level 2 Creating new email accounts, I never caught what you just explained. Thank you, obviously, I didn't know the difference. No worries.

For many members here, terms like domain name are new so this hiccup is completely understandable.

Something else to be aware of is that domain names need to be renewed each year (kind of like renting a house).

You'll need to make sure the domains you don't want to use and set to expire.

Go to your domains panel here:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/domains

Make sure the switch to auto-renew is set to Off (red) for the domains you don't want to keep so you don't get charged for them next year (see the attached screenshot).

Unfortunately, I bought 3 years each. Thanks. left you PM.

Confusing, not deceptive.

True

Email is free here, but each domain will cost $13.99. If you bought 3 domains, that would be the reason for getting charged $13.99 x 3.

got you, that's why. What would my email be if I don't have a domain? I only have an url? I went through that training but must not know the difference between setting up email and domain.

Besides, when I try to use it, I get an error and It will not accept my username or password, Tried a dozen times.

I figured out the reason for the error message on setting up domain: DON’T use CAPITAL letters. For whatever reason, when I typed in a lower case letters it worked, aha!

Hi - did you not intend to purchase the domains?

IDK, I guess so. I thought it was how to get an email address set up?

Yes, you can set up email addresses attached to your own domains. These email addresses are good for a professional contact address for your websites.

It seems I’ve created several websites trying to improve it. Can you delete them and start over?

Thank you, I have learned to navigate. Yes, I am using siterubix and I will use your instructions.

Havent learned to navigate

If you go to your own profile page, at the top there are three blue tabs. The one marked questions will lead you to any questions you have asked and show you the replies.

Got it. Do I publish or save draft?

Hi - are you talking about the free SiteRubix websites? If so, go to Site Manager, then View Details. Scroll to the bottom of the page for the option to delete.
