having to rethink your approach
okay so i have run into a little bit of a snag ! after watching the lifecycle of a consumer tutorial i am now wondering if i may be targeting my audience to early in the cycle ? my intention was to market various programs both online as well as DVD based instructional material to learn to play guitar ! if someone comes across my site in the research phase of the cycle is it going to convert well ? i am not to sure and am now at a stalemate with my niche as a whole,unfortunately i do not have much experience playing myself having only started just over 6 months ago, so it is not like i can offer lessons myself !? feeling a little discouraged now that i may have chosen the wrong niche or at the very least having to rethink my game plan on the whole thing grrrrr.....

The best thing you can do is build a list with the traffic that comes to your website.
Most people, no matter the cycle, will not buy a product on a single exposure. The industry "standard" is that people need 7 exposures before they will make a buying decision.
So if I were you, I would focus ALL of my attention on turning my blog visitors into leads. That way you can market to them and build a relationship over time.
Not only that, but having a list will allow you to not only market training products, but physical products FOREVER.
Build. That. List.

ahh haa okay will building a list be something that is covered later on in training ?
I am almost sure they cover that. If not, look into an auto responder like Aweber or GetResponse and you can youtube how to add an opt in form to your site. Thanks!
