Shiny Object Niche Syndrome
Holy Smokes I can't believe I've been here for a year! What's funny (or sad) is that it took me awhile to finally stick to ONE NICHE. I had "shiny object" syndrome and kept thinking I needed to find a new niche when I got confused about building out the niche I was working on.
But the reality is that I hit a wall, got confused about something, overwhelmed etc., and didn't seek help here in this amazing community. I simply thought the niche wasn't a good fit for me, there was too much competition, or not enough content to write about etc. So my thought was to start a new niche and all my issues would go away!
As you can imagine - the same pattern continued with each new niche attempted:) Now I'm finally getting into a groove and making things happen. After a year of spinning my wheels, things are now on track!
I'm as excited now as when I first signed up, and have a lot more understanding into the whole process.
