You must master your life, rather than allowing life to master you!

The major thing on my mind is discussing how people go about taking authority over their emotions. To began our learning in this area of emotions,consider the following concepts:

* Human beings are maded in the image of God to reflex his power and authority.

*Each person must learn to take authority over their emotions through out their entire life span

*Man and Woman are tripartite beings: spirit is you, soul contains your emotions and the body contains our flesh and our mind which goes against God's word.

What does God want, he wants our spirit, our soul and our body to go forth and prosper so that he or she who knows more can do more for other human beings especially for those who are challenged, poor or not in a position to do for themselves, disinfrancised or mainly disadvantaged.

* When you fail to control yourself,display your temper, show to much anger, its actually your attempt to control someone eles. You are trying to dominate anotheer persons life, why, because that person has failed to control him or her self or attempts to use cheap physiology talkes about emotions, but not your spirit.

Take for example, a drug addict, do you thing the previously "normal persons really wants to be hooked on drugs, no, some thing or some one or some event in his or her life caused this

person to move their emotions over there from what he was not exposured to to those deadly street drugs and opioids in your medicine cabinet which are being distributed and sold by drug smugglers and street dealers mainly in our low income black,white and latino communities.

What is the process for making the decision to use street drugs and opioids: here is how it starts: bad event,negative thoughts,negative emotional feelings,more negative thingking, bad actions to do something stupid,bad habits, bad friends,exhibit bad character, ending up in bad destination, doing bad things with or for bad people or criminals for drugs or money to buy drugs. We know now that the tobacco manufactuers was or is killing thoise among who use or smoke cigars,cigarettes, snuff and pipe tobacco will both destory your body and eventually kill you if the guns in many communities dont kill you first.

Then for those who survive and decide to want again what God desires for them which is his best,another process has to occur in your life in order for you to change your mind or mindset leading to the changes, better changes will be required of you to change your five senses leading to changes required for you to get back to not a perfect life but a better life so that you can enjoy your every day life including maybe returnning to your wife or husband and or children and your family and hopefully the family of God.

Others say that they are or have been come depressed,well the answer or solution is for you to take back control of your self but it may be hard for you to do alone, but you are finally just where God can finally get to you. Temperance and being humble and wanting,needing and asking for helf will become of great benefit to your life but this is exactly how you must respond because you need beside a good meal, peace and serenity in your life.

Think about when you are in control of your emotions no matter the bad or negative events which happen in your life, you will be able to stand and keep control of yourself plus you are empowered to do anything like buy yourself some food,pay rent, buy a car, keep a job or open a business,support a family,resist the irresistable, become an overcomer , defeat the wiles of any enemy or stumblling block or stronghold. When it comes to anger, its only an expression of fear,why because it is weakness but God strength in you will resist and win because you are in control so no fear and no fretting.

For example a person who is put in jail during most of his sentence will be expressing weakness and showing fear. What was his fear outside of jail, weakness that someone was going to kil him or her or beat a person or take a persons girl friend or boy friend or other nonsense, all weaknesses which will be displayed as outward fear in the person, so what do some do pick up a gun and kill another person because of weakness and fear.

Taking control of yourself:1.is a quality of life necessity and will enhance your life and your family's life2.Self control is a godily force, is a fragrance to direct your life the way God has designed for you to follow3. God has given us emotions for our enjoyment, so enjoy them4. God has given us emotions which are good and for our protection, use them when necessary

Now our churches teach us how to cope or adjust to the situation but we have the authority from God to control them no matter if you become depresas, that man or women or freind or enemy gets on your last nerve, why because you must guard your mental and emotional health, that is on you and up to you, ify and when you need health go to your doctor, the government and get the right type of help that you need, no shame no blame.

Back in those olden days the old testament says that God issued a set of rules or covenant for people to live by and when they did not obey him, he judged them harshly because they did not serve him with joy and gladiness. When Gods son came with a new covenant and because Jesus paid the price for all sin we are not judged now as harshly.

Example: Bad or Negative Event and then you displayed a bad or negative response, you have a choice now to ask for forgiveness in prayer and then re-take control of your life.

Now we will always experiencce trials, trbulations,negative talk,negative events, bad friends, bad experiences, but God reminds us let not your heart be toubled, just believe in God, so its all in the way you handle your trouble. God word says life , death, blessings or curses, but we must always chose life.

Remember, it is you and me or we who decide how people treat us!

Remember in this world we have power and its in our Spirit!

Proclaim the word of God in our Spirit and then out of our mouths to the hearning of Gods people and the unsaved or those who have not been born again by his spirit and washed in his blood.
