Changing to Yoast question.
Would anyone happen to know, if you change from AIO to Yoast, then you make recommended changes to your old page/post web address, so that it will be Yoast approved, will it automatically get routed to the new site address, if someone clicks the old site?
As in, if I posted the blog address on FB or G+ previously, and then someone clicks on the old site address after I've updated it to a new address with my keywords, what will happen when someone clicks on the old site address? Will it automatically direct to the new web address for the post/page?
I hope my question isn't too confusing. I'm thinking of changing to Yoast, after I've read so many great blogs about it. I wanted to go back to my previous blogs and update them with the recommendations with Yoast, but I don't want to completely mess everything up. Should I just apply the recommendations to the new stuff I do and forget about the old stuff?
If someone is able to help me with these questions, that would be great.
Thanks, Tomeika

There's an area that I saw in a video, where you change the URL to include keywords, if not present properly. Should I just leave that area alone then?
I don't know as I'm not completely sure about Yoast as I don't use it, but I would not imagine that it changes the URLs on your site, and if it does, then that's a big deal and can throw off your indexing with Google. Be careful about changing URLs.

What is toast, exactly?
Yoast, is an SEO that would replace the All In One. The nice thing about Yoast is that it has a lot of features that can help guide writing your post to increase indexing and improve readability. You don't have to follow their recommendations but they will show you where you can make improvements to the posts. There's no harm in trying it, cause you can always to back to the AIO, if you don't like it. See my other blog: Yoast can make you feel good! I discuss it a little bit more there as well and other people are commenting on Yoast and the benefits they experienced.
Or, try searching Yoast and you can find videos that some people posted to help with transitioning.
Thanks.
