So I just joined up in the wee hours of the morning and am getting around to looking at the 8 week course this afternoon while taking a break from writing some articles for today.  Got here through potpiegirl's website (very awesome and helpful thanks!) and am just starting out workign through her one week plan.  Can't wait to see things rolling!  So far this place looks really awesome and I'm glad to be here!!
