Simple Post for US Newbies - Create a Support Ticket
I have to laugh at myself at how little I know sometimes in regards to navigating this site. I figure I must not be the only one, So this post is for the rest of you who might be in the same fix I was in a few days ago. Needing to submit a support ticket to the Helpdesk. I had never done that.
I looked at the main menu and saw.....NOTHING? HUH?
Here is the Navigation Click on the Light Blue Build My Website Button up at top left
When Next screen lights up look up in top right corner and you will see Support Tickets in Blue Click That
After you do that at the top of the screen in a box you will see a message in Black in a box
Click Here to Create a New Hosting Support Ticket
Click on that and then follow the instructions.
The help desk is quite responsive.

What if it's a Non Hosting Issue like a problem with my WA Network list on Google Chrome...where do I go then...
Watch your language Bob, there maybe kids watching. ;^)
I think you can still submit a ticket. Did you check your scroll to make sure it was not locked? I notice in my chrome it thinks for a moment or two and then more pop up
I'm not having any scroll issues. It usually takes a few seconds and then the rest of the list comes up, seconds not hours.
Everything works fine on Safari, not so much on Chrome.
Support clearly states:
"Hosting Support tickets are only for technical issues with your website. For help and support with website related questions, please ask them within the community by asking a question, blog post, within live chat, or in private message."
I've done everything that is an option in that message.
Don't know how to help on this one.
nobody does
