Was Windows 10 Designed For Aliens.

I first used a computer in the early nineties with Windows 3, but then in mid ninety five, things really got easy with the introduction of Windows 95. I used 95 and was in a comfort zone because I had got to know it really well, and stuck with it until I changed over to Windows 2000 Pro, again it was instinctive to use, and again I was comfortable using it .

Although Windows XP was introduced in 2001, I stuck with 2000 Pro, until late 2003, because I fully understood it, it was quite stable, and I had no problems using it. When I changed over to XP Pro I was a bit concerned but in the end it took about a day to adapt to it, then I wished I had change a lot earlier, because there were a lot of benefits I had not known about. Even today I still use XP Pro on my Desk Top, and every day I get messages telling me that my computer can't survive if I don't chat over from XP, but it still works.

It must have been early 2011, when I was getting asked if I had an iPad yet, I had no idea what they were talking about, and then the smart phones you could use for the internet, well not for me I still had my trusty desk top. For Christmas 2011 I decided I was going to be trendy, and mobile, so I bought a laptop. When I asked if it could have XP, I think the sales guy thought I was mad, but explained it had Windows 7, and I would have no problem if I could use XP, and he was right, it was easy to use.

Recently I upgraded my laptop from 4gb of ram to 8gb, its got an i5 chip so I thought it will be good for another couple of years. Then the problem started, I upgraded to Windows 10, and I was no longer in my comfort zone, it was anything but. Sudenly nothing was where it should be, and it didn't make any sense, it was a case of HELP where have all my files gone. After a cup of coffee and a good read, and watching the how to video, things started to make sense again, and now I am appreciating all the benifits it has to offer.

When we are very young most of us had a comfort blanket, or our comfort soft toy, and it made us feel safe and secure. As we got older we were always happiest when in our comfort zone, doing things we were good at, but it's not always the best route, and that applies to internet marketing. The route that we take usually keeps us in our comfort zone, but if its not working we need to change, to look outside, and that can take us into unknown territory, but we are good at adapting, and once you understand it, you will soon find a new comfort zone, so it pays to take the plunge...
