Do the Website yourself, or Resource out?
Hi Everyone,
It's been a long while since I posted a blog. Man, and all because I just got into this mindset that I didn't have it in me to make a good website. sigh. I work 4pm to 2:30am. I just sleep all day from being tired. Then go to work, yet again. So, I hired a crew to create my site for me. Once it's up and running, I can make the changes I want and need and may hire those that are great with SEO and getting the word out. Also am getting into YouTube video making and creating different niches in that regard.
I just got tired of sitting on my butt, watching me pour money monthly into WA and me not doing anything for 3 months! Yup, my fault. I call it procrastination. My loss. Especially with all the help from the videos and live chat.
But then, this affords me the time to spend more time with my family. Free from the worries on if I did something wrong with my website. I'll be able to add and delete things at will afterwards. The videos here on WA are absolutely fantastic. But this ADHD mind of mine just can't grasp some things without a tutor being behind my shoulder pointing the way. It's embarressing really. Have any of you been in this slump? One thing is certain. I Knew that I couldn't do everything alone. At some point, some of us will have to invest in others professionally, doing something with, or a service for... our site's success.
Then I can celebrate once I see the SEO was successful and I'm getting an increase in click-rates to my site(s). Once all has been done, I'll go to the evaluation area and ask all of you what you think of it. I can make a mediocer site at best, not a professional, eye appealing one. So, I hired someone to work my site over. I failed at doing it myself, I admit that. Depending on how it looks, I may hire that person to do my other sites. I'm just sorry I let a lot of you down by me resourcing out instead of building it myself. I hate myself for it, but I also need to get ahead here. I wish everyone success and please, let me know if you went this route too. I'd hate to feel I was the only one. Give me your reason for going that route too. :)
Take care everyone and thanks for listening.
