Stay Positive!
So this is my first blog EVER... I just wanted everyone to know that there is no secret to success... I dare you to listen to some motivational millionaire tapes... they will all say the same thing. They ALL say it just takes hard work... easy to say, extremely hard to do. If it was easy then everyone would be successful. The only difference between the 20,000$ a year person and the 200,000$ a year person is the 200,000$ a year person doesn't quite until the job gets done!!
It's not about how hard you can hit, its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, and that apply's to EVERYTHING in life... whether its the death of a close friend or family member or coming home to finding out some one has broke in and stolen your life savings or getting laid off from your job... everything happens for a reason whether you see that or not... You just have to keep your head up and keep trucking on. If you keep up that attitude you are bound to go places.
It takes resistance from out side forces for the body to grow stronger and its the same with your mind. Make your mind strong and you will be UNSTOPPABLE!!!
NO PAIN NO GAIN!!!! Literally... You will discover who you really are in the darkest of times... push through!!! Muhammad Ali was asked how many sit ups does he do and he replied " I don't count my sit ups. I only start counting when it starts hurting because thats when it really counts." Appreciate your darkest days because you will be stronger tomorrow.
I hope i was able to at least make you smile :) When you find your self in a dark place and you feel alone and depressed just know there are people out there in the same dark place you are... but will you stay there like so many others or will you be that 1% who gets up and keeps moving foreword? You must be fearless... people are not just born fearless... having courage is doing something even though you are scared to death!!!! Not everyone has what it takes...
You are made for greatness!!!

Great first post, Trask. Never heard that about Ali. Makes a lot of sense. The last paragraph reminds me of Tony Robbins and his definition of personal power.......The Ability to Act !

Yeah everything I posted is from those videos and yes Tony Robbins is one of my favorite people to listen to...all those guys are amazing!!!!! There words keep me going through the day and i just want to do the same for other people.
