If at any time you have a question about building your website on site Rubix, you can go to your previous training here:https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/online-en...

Let us continue! While things have changed on getting a domain name, I will leave the original steps for the time being. The new information for using Sitedomains is at the bottom.

1. You bought and registered a domain, change those DNS settings. WA Hosting settings are:

Primary: NS1.MYWAHOSTING.COM
Secondary: NS2.MYWAHOSTING.COM

2.Now head over to the Site Rubix and click on Site Builder tab.

3. Click tab on Free Website or Domain You Own.

4.Type in website name

5. Pick your theme. Maybe, save a few in favorites in case you do not like the first one.

6. Click Build!

WA has now added an additional benefit in that you may now get your domain name quickly and painlessly in the same step you are building your website by using SiteDomains.

  • First go to SiteDomains here at Siterubix. Click through the getting to know you pages then, go to the new domains manager.
  • Type in the domain you want to see if it is available and buy the option that suits you.
  • You can also set up a sub-domain as well, and, as easily. Just go to the end of you page on SiteDomains and click the button(add sub-domain).
  • Continue with steps 5 and 6 above.

Now, to the next page for the initial setting up of your website.

Hi Paula, thanks for a great basic and simple but complete checklist for creating a new website. Finally I got where to add subdomain as I kept looking for it but overlooked it at the end of the Site Domain. Thank you & have a great day :)
