Hey Claudio, You don't wait until you start getting organic traffic before you apply for Google AdSense. However, if you are using an opt-in form to collect subscribers' emails on your blog, don't enable a pop-up form as this alone can get you rejected for AdSense.
Yes, with little organic traffic plus your blog subscribers, you're good to go with AdSense.
If you have a lot of organic traffic, Google AdSense will be an icing on the cake for you while you earn the most from promoting affiliate programs.
If the traffic comes from a PPC campaign, there's no cause for alarm. The traffic from Google AdWords is decent enough to suffice your advertising, Ad revenue, and affiliate marketing goals.
If you find the content of a site interesting but in the course of reading, you start seeing some in-content Ads all of a sudden, what you simply do is skip the Ads if its content doesn't interest you.
