Visual learn easier with things like maps, charts and diagrams. Visual learners to better remembering what they see rather than what they hear. Visual have a tendency to be able to recall things they have seen rather than what they hear.
I know I am a visual learner. I can recall something in a text book. What page and where on the page I saw it. In high school, I would rewrite my notes a couple of times. Then at test time, it was like I could recall the page I wrote the subject on and where on the page it would be.

Great training and a great insight. I used to use learning styles within my work as a corporate trainer especially in my train the trainer courses. Obviously they were all used in Conjunction with NLP and based only on four learning styles.

V - Visual
A - Auditory
K - Kinesthetic
There are some other models as well, but I think this one showed us more of each type of learning. You will not be just one or another. Most people are a mixture of some but one is the dominant. Like for instance me. My dominant one is Visual.
