So ...
Go to Thank Me Later => Messages, and click the "Add New" button:
You'll be taken to the message editor page where you can create your thank you email. Just provide a name, an email address, and an email subject, and you can start customizing your email text in the message text area. Also, if you click the "Show shortcode list" link, you'll see the available shortcode parameters that can help you to personalize your email. More than that, as you’re writing the email, you'll see the live preview of your message in the preview pane on the left:
Next, you need to choose when you want to send the thank you email:
As you can see, the plugin allows you to define time in minutes, hours, days, and weeks. Additionally, you can choose how many emails you want to be sent to a user (the default 0 value means no limits).
At the bottom, you'll see a targeting section, where you can limit the emails to specific tags, post categories or individual posts. The default unchecked status will target all your posts:
Finally, there's a tracking option checkbox which will override the previously defined global settings.
Once you are done with the settings, click on the Save Message button to store this message.
As you can see, this awesome plugin will allow you to create multiple email messages with different targeting settings and durations.
Just keep in mind that the plugin comes with a sample message which targets all posts. So if you have created your own message that targets all your posts, then you need to delete the sample message (otherwise, your commenters will receive both messages for the same comment)!
And that's it my friends!
