Next, I set up a goal in Google Analytics that shows if someone goes through your blog post to the Amazon product page via your external link on your highest rated blog. This goal allows you to track your viewers who visit your highest ranked blog and who transfer to Amazon.

The following Webinars show you how to set up the goals in Google Analytics.

Once I had a volume of 2 or 3 visitors a week going to Amazon, I changed all of my Amazon external links to Amazon Affiliate Links for the entire website.

What I do is choose a product that matches the blog I wrote. Then I would do a search in Amazon to find the item. Copy the url and place the url in some anchor text in the blog. Here is some training to help you with adding a link. Dave
