This tab really is the control panel of WA and I encourage you to use it daily. As you explore this tab you will learn all it can do for you here at WA.

As you get better acquainted with this you will also be able to lighten up your email notifications as that information is all here too.

I use this panel every day and would be lost without it and I hope you too find it as helpful and nessisary as I do!
