Adding Sign up to my email list

Outlook.com

1. Log into Outlook.com and click the gear icon in the upper-right corner and select "More mail settings".
2. In the Writing Email section, click "Formatting, font and signature".
3. In the Personal Signature box, type the words you want to serve as your link.
4. Highlight the words for your link and click the chain icon.
5. Paste the sign-up URL code into the field.
6. Click Save.

Gmail

1. Log into your Gmail account. Click the gear icon at the top-right of the screen and choose "Settings".
2. Scroll down to the Signature section.
3. Type the text you want to display. Example: Click here to join my mailing list
4. Highlight the text and click the link icon in the menu bar.
5. Paste the sign-up link in the web address field for your signature.
6. ClickSave Changes.

A link to your sign-up form will now be in your signature.

Apple Mail

1. In the Mail application, click New Message.
2. In the compose area, type your signature text including your invitation to subscribe. Example: Sign up for our free e-newsletter
3. Highlight your invitation line. Ctrl-click and choose "Edit Link". The Hyperlink window opens.
4. Paste (Cmd+V) in your Sign-Up Form URL and click OK.
5. Select the hyperlinked text that you just created, then copy it (Cmd+C).
6. Click on Mail located at the top left of the screen and then choose Preferences.
7. Click on the Signatures tab.
8. Make sure that you select the correct account for the signature in the left column, then select your current signature or press + to create a new one. If you create a new signature, make sure to give it a name in the center column.
