3. Hang Out With your Audience
Like I said earlier, it is not just about creating high-quality content. But it would help if you put more effort into promoting that content. As such, you must be interested in where your audience spends most of their time. It is not about jumping around social media sites; look out for which site (social media, forums and Q$A site)drive the highest form of Traffic to your Content.
The best place to find a bat is in dark areas. Also, you will not be looking for an owl in the daylight. Finally, if you are interested in driving traffic to your website, you must look out for where your audience hangs out. On discovering where they hang out, make it your primary point of concentration.
It is worth mentioning that when you belong to social media platforms, there is no harm in asking for a share of Content. However, ON media like tweeter, you must ask for a retweet. It will increase your engagement.
4. Ensure your Content is Mobile Friendly
If your site speed is slow, you will be losing a lot of audience. This is because nobody will wait for your site to load when other websites are fast. Instead, users will simply hit the back button and select the following link on their search engine result pages on slow sites.
To check your page speed, you can use the Google page speed insight tool. It will give you an insight into your speed score and light into what to do to improve your website speed. However, do not check for desktop and neglect mobile devices. More than 50 per cent of global searches now happen on phones.
To improve website speed, you must ensure your images are correctly optimized and delete unused plugins, while your relevant plugins should be up to date.
thank you very much!
