4. Create your Amazon Associates links
Upon creating your account, you’ll be redirected to your Amazon affiliate homepage. Your associate homepage is where you’re having your performance dashboard and the same place where you’ll find your monthly summary, earnings overview, and clicks.
It is the same place where you can search for products relevant to your specialty – products you can directly link to from your blog posts.

Creating an Amazon Associate Link
- Select the “Browse for Products” option or, perhaps, click the “Quick Links – Search for Products” button.
- The “Browse for products” option will enable you to search for products in categories such as “Books”, “Beauty & Health”, “Videos”, and so on.
- The “Quick Links – Search for Products” option will enable you to search for a particular product based on keywords.
- Once you’re done finding relevant products to promote on your blog or website, click the “Get Link” tab.
- Now, try customizing your link by selecting the Add with text only, with text and image, widget, or image only option.
- Try customizing the title color, background color, and image size based on the type of links you’re creating.
- Try previewing the created link prior to adding to your blog or website.
- Copy the created link, HTML code, or short link and paste directly on your website.
