¿What are seo keywords?

In SEO, we distinguish between general keywords and long tail keywords.

A long tail keyword is more specific than a general keyword. Most of the time, but not necessarily, it consists of more words.

The general keyword describes broad topics that many people write about.

A long tail keyword describes a more specific topic or a subtopic of the general. Fewer people will create content on this subtopic.

¿How do they help you in positioning?

With fewer websites that work with these types of SEO keywords, we will have less competition. Therefore it will increase the probability that our blog appears on the first page in search engines.

These types of keywords are also characterized by having a search intention. For this reason, they are more specific.

Search intent is what exists behind it. Someone just needs information or is looking to buy a product or service. Or something totally different.

Hi Claudio! You have explained in few words and in a very easy way to understand, why long tail calls are better than normal keywords.

Thank you very much for this training! The question is sometimes asked in the livechat here at Wealthy Affiliate. This training is worth sharing when that question comes up!

Good training. Yes, it is easier to rank for long tail keywords, and I like your idea that conversions should also do well. Thanks, Tom
