This training delves on some of the success habits. The leading belief in this training is every body can focus on “ needed things” and every one will improve on what they focus on. Staying invested with focus is key to the success.
The course is based on coaching methodology of asking powerful questions. One Important thing - While you answer the questions given at the end of the training on each page, you need to be brutally honest with ourself. After all, this is for your consumption and help only.
Some beliefs that worked for me. This could work for you as well.
- There is no such thing called failure. We need to believe this very firmly. ( Repeat this five times till you believe this)
- We need to try new things to discover ourselves. Doing the same thing and expecting a different result is defined as madness. We need to push ourselves out of our comfort zone quite often, when we are trying to learn new things.
- We need to be exceptionally good, what we are good at really. This is also called personal strength. It takes time to master all the skills to make it a habit.
- We need to be patient to get results. Rome is not built in a day. We need to constantly remind ourselves of this hard fact.
- Our past experience bias, good or bad can cloud our mind. We need to be self-aware. How many time do we read our thoughts into the article we read compared to appreciate the view of the author, irrespective of the fact that we like or agree or otherwise?
