Drag widgets you want in your sidebar from the widget display on the left into the sidebar. Position the widget where you want it in the sidebar by dragging it up or down.

The most used widgets are the search widget, recent posts, recent comments and the text widget. The text widget is very versatile. You can type any text into the block including html code to insert banners, opt-in lists and anything else you can create.

If you no longer want to use a widget drag it from the sidebar into the "inactive widgets" area at the bottom left of your screen.
