Since you are still with me I am going to assume your site needs some attention to make it mobile friendly.
The first thing we need to do is download the WPTouch Mobile plug in and install it.
The Plug In can be downloaded here WPTouch Mobile Plug In
Go ahead and install the plug in and activate it.
Now, to set this plug in up we will go to our dashboard > scroll down and you will find the plug in on the lower left column.

Hm. Something about my experiences.
Maybe I don't understand the term mobile friendly very good but I have next experience with plugin "WPTouch mobile plugin" and "Mobile-friendly test":
1.) I did the test on http://dv-vinjivrh-belacerkev.com
2.) Result was negative
3.) Although visually it was O.K. for my taste. I did the test on my samsung.
4.) However I installed plugin
5.) 'Everything' was wrong after installation
6.) Of course I immediately deactivated plugin. Everything is O.K. again
Now I'm a little confused but I'll survive. End is good everything is good. :)
