I use the worst-named product on the market. It's called screencast-o-matic and the pro version costs just $15 a year. Very simple to operate and with lots of features I haven't used yet.

Do you have the capability to hide any info you choose on the screen?

To your "hiding" question, yes. You can blur out names and bank accounts etc. It's pretty good for the money and does a great job.
